During the A and B seasons the cottages are rented out on a weekly basis. If a week is still free 2 weeks before, the cottage can also be rented for the weekend.
The weekly rental period commences on Friday at 16.00 pm and ends on the following Friday at 12.00 midday. The client is responsible for cleaning the cottage on departure unless otherwise agreed. If the cleaning is not done, it will be invoiced later.

Conditions
Rental conditions in brief: - Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit (25% of the total rent)
- The final amount (75%) must be paid no later than 28 days before the start of the holiday.
- If a booking is made later than 28 days before the holiday is due to start, the whole rent must be paid at one and the same time.
- The deposit will be returned if the client cancels the holiday no later than 28 days before the holiday is due to start
